To avoid paying customs duty on your packages, ensure that your orders remain below the value of US$100. Packages valued over this amount are subject to customs duty charges.
Check if you added the right address along with the Courier code , if you didn’t request an unknown status check by contacting us .
We have to declare to Jamaica customs the contents & value of each package entering the country through our service. Therefore if you didn’t provide us with an invoice, this will result in delays at customs and there’s the possibility that the customs office inspecting the shipment & adding a higher value.

After 5 days, storage fees starts adding on to your packages , when it gets to a month , your package will be auctioned off to clear freight expenses.
If you have multiple packages ready the first set of ready packages would have to be collected first before others can be released.
Please be advised that all customers shipping with our company are required to declare the contents of their shipment. If you disagree with this policy, you are welcome to explore other shipping options.
Additionally, all invoices must be submitted before packages arrive in Jamaica. Failure to do so will result in packages being detained, and an administrative fee will be charged to re-clear the packages.
